Today, there are thousands of realtors to choose from.  When choosing a realtor, you have to decide that you can trust this individual, as they are about to broker one of the largest purchases you will probably ever make.  With that in mind, you need to ask yourself, is this individual working in your best interest.

My Style

I always start with your goals.  My approach is to work collaboratively with you to ensure that at the end you end up with a place you love.  We will work together to make sure that once you are ready to purchase, you are doing so with knowledge of the market, the property you are buying and feeling comfortable with the investment you are making.  My unique experience with custom home building, allows me to speak intelligently with regards to the property, safety, quality of finish, and repairs if any are required. The one thing I guarantee is that you will have my undivided attention, and that I will work with you throughout the full process to ensure that not only you find your perfect place, but that you will refer me to your friends and family.

My Philosophy

My philosophy is to work with you to find you the right property that meets your goals and objectives.  I don’t believe in pushy real-estate agents. Purchasing a property is stressful enough without being pushed into the wrong decision. This is why I work diligently with my clients to ensure that they are happy with the decision they are making.

My Bio

I started my career in the corporate world soon after I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Honours Bachelor of Business Administration.  My focus was in Marketing and Sales while working for Dupont Canada, and Kraft Canada respectively. While I worked at Kraft, I acquired my MBA at York University, Schulich School of Business. During my work for both companies my customer always came first, and I worked collaborative with them to deliver on their goals. My experience in Real-Estate started out years ago, as my family had been building custom homes for years.  After acquiring my Real-Estate License, I started to work closely with my husband, owner of Greenfield Quality Builders, and I recognized a need for a realtor who not only understood their clients’ needs, but also one that understands home finishing to a different level of detail. With that in mind I decided to pursue my passion for real-estate, and focus on delivering my clients exceptional customer service.

My goal is not only to meet your needs with regards to the property you are purchasing, but also give you a good understanding of the property and the finish quality.
